When you connect a social media account (such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube) to the Platform, the social media platform may set its own cookies on your device during the authentication and connection process. These cookies are controlled by the respective social media platform, not by Blaise.

Blaise uses web beacons (also known as tracking pixels or clear GIFs) in some of the emails we send. A web beacon is a small, single-pixel transparent image embedded in an email that allows us to determine whether and when an email has been opened. When your email client loads the image, the server hosting that image records the open event.

Email web beacons do not install software on your device and do not collect personal information beyond the fact that the email was opened, your approximate location (city/state level based on IP address), and basic device information (email client, operating system).
